Stoke v Wigan preview
Stoke boss Tony Pulis hopes key men Matthew Etherington, Jermaine Pennant and Robert Huth will be fit. Having all played in the 1-0 FA Cup final defeat to Manchester City last weekend, Etherington (hamstring), Pennant (ankle) and Huth (knee) missed Tuesday's 3-0 loss in the league to the same opponents and will be assessed on Saturday. Striker Kenwyne Jones and goalkeeper Asmir Begovic may also come back into the side having been rested in midweek. Wigan have reported a clean bill of health ahead of the game after Mohamed Diame, who had been the only slight doubt through the week, returned to full training. Former Kilmarnock striker Conor Sammon, who came off the bench to score in last week's dramatic win over West Ham, is pushing for a starting place. A win or draw would give Latics a good chance of staying up, while even a defeat could be enough if Birmingham and Blackpool lose their games more heavily.
