Sparta Prague to play 2 matches without fans

Sparta Prague has to play two Czech league matches behind closed doors as punishment for crowd trouble.
The Czech Republic Football Association's disciplinary committee also fined Sparta 300,000 koruna ($14,850) on Thursday.
The last league match against Ceske Budejovice on May 12 had to be interrupted because fireworks and flares landed on the field.
After the game, fans invaded the pitch, demanding the resignation of Sparta sports director Jaroslav Hrebik who they blamed for the failure to win the league title.
Sparta called the decision ''a disappointment.'' The club said in a statement that most fans and the players were punished for troubles caused by a few dozen troublemakers.
Sparta won the match 3-0 to finish second behind Liberec without a chance to play the lucrative Champions League.
