Sharp denies Reading switch
Southampton striker Billy Sharp has denied reports that he has already agreed a move to Championship side Reading.
With Sharp seemingly not figuring in Saints boss Mauricio Pochettino's plans, speculation is rife that the 27-year-old will link up with former boss Nigel Adkins once again.
Reports suggest that a fee in the region of £1.2million has been agreed between the two clubs, and even that a medical had taken place, but Sharp insisted he knows nothing about it.
"Don't believe what you read. My loan's finished at Forest, I have two years left at Saints," Sharp said on Twitter.
"Just for the record, I haven't had no medical."
Sharp played a pivotal role in securing Saints promotion back to the Premier League, before joining Nottingham Forest on loan for the season.
