The 27-year-old French international was involved in a collision with his own goalkeeper as Wojciech Szczesny came to clear a free kick. It is expected that due to the rules regarding cases of concussion, the correct break from physical contact will need to be applied, meaning Sagna will most likely miss Saturday's FA Cup clash with Huddersfield at the Emirates. Manchester United player and fellow right-back Rafael also suffered a concussion on Tuesday night, with the club confirming he would miss United's Saturday cup game. "Sagna had a concussion," Wenger told the club's official site. "He has to go to hospital, he was sick after the game. He has pain at his nose but the most worrying is the concussion of his head. "Hopefully we can get good news tomorrow."
