ROME (AP) -- Roma kept its faint Serie A title hopes alive with a 4-2 win over Parma on Wednesday after resuming a match in February that was stopped after eight minutes due to a waterlogged pitch.

Gervinho put Roma ahead 12 minutes in after Mattia Destro hit the post and Ghanaian midfielder Afriyie Acquah equalized for Parma in the 15th.

Roma's 37-year-old captain Francesco Totti restored his side's lead in the 16th with a shot that found the top corner.

Miralem Pjanic and Rodrigo Taddei added goals for Roma in the 49th and 83rd and Jonathan Biabiany pulled one back for Parma in the 90th.

Roma moved within eight points of leader Juventus and nine points ahead of third-place Napoli, with seven rounds remaining.

Parma remained sixth.
