The Portuguese outfit have won both their opening games against FC Zurich and Lazio and opened up a four-point lead over Vaslui, who have drawn twice, at the top of the pool. They also boast fine form generally having won their last seven games in all competitions and Holland frontman Van Wolfswinkel, one of the chief reasons for their success, wants to keep the run going. Van Wolfswinkel, a summer signing from FC Utrecht who has scored eight goals in seven games, told UEFA's website: "If we keep on winning, you never know where it will end. "At the moment we are playing very well and we must keep this (going)." Van Wolfswinkel has hit form after starting just one of Sporting's first five games of the season. The 22-year-old added: "Things are going well after a difficult start for me and for the team - that is the most important thing. I'm glad I can help with my goals." Vaslui's first trip to the Estadio Jose Alvalade is a daunting one with the club having not won away in Europe for three years. They do, however, have some experience of the arena in their side as Brazilian defender Gladstone made 13 league appearances for Sporting during a loan spell from Cruzeiro in the 2007-08 season. Serbian midfielder Milos Pavlovic may also be able to pass on his knowledge of Sporting coach Domingos Paciencia having previously played under him at Coimbra. Vaslui have also shown they can score goals with both their previous games in the competition ending 2-2 - at Lazio on September 15 and then at home to Zurich two weeks later.
