Colombo, 16, is currently playing for Independiente in Argentina, and is part of their youth set-up where his displays have now caught the attention of a number of clubs from Europe. But it seems that England could be Colombo's destination as he also possesses an Italian passport which allows him to move without a work permit. It is understood that Fulham, West Ham and Birmingham are keen to check on him, but Tottenham are understood to be leading the chase for the goalscoring midfielder. Colombo's representatives are now understood to be holding talks over his future, with Independiente seemingly willing to listen to offers for one of their most exciting prospects.
