Claudio Pizarro scored a late penalty as Peru twice came from behind to rescue a 2-2 home draw in an international friendly against Bolivia.

Pablo Escobar gave Bolivia the lead in the seventh minute before Rinaldo Cruzado equalized for the home team in the 37th.

Bolivia took the lead again when Ruddy Cardozo scored in the 71st, only for former Chelsea player Pizarro to level from the spot with less than 10 minutes of regular time remaining.

The match was a warmup for both teams ahead of the World Cup qualifying campaign starting in October.
