Mick McCarthy's side currently sit in the drop zone with just eight matches remaining in the current season. But Wolves, who avoided relegation last season having won the Championship in the previous campaign, have taken eight points from their last four matches. The Midlanders defeated neighbours and fellow strugglers Aston Villa in their most recent outing and Morgan thinks the form-guide points towards survival. "The guys are playing really well and I feel really confident that we won't be where we are now at the end of the season," he told Wolves' official website "I'm delighted with the way everything is coming together and even before the Villa game I thought we were really unlucky not to get all three points against Spurs. "The spirit is good and I think we are playing as well if not better than anybody else in the bottom half of the league. "But we've just to keep it going because there are eight more cup finals to go." Steve continued: "It's unbelievable how tight it is down there. Nobody wants to go down and everyone is fighting hard. "We know it's going to be tough and 40 points probably isn't going to do it this year." Matt Jarvis has been one of the reasons behind Wolves' form and Morgan was delighted that the winger earned a call-up to the England squad for Saturday's Euro 2012 qualifier against Wales and next week's friendly against Ghana. "As soon as I heard the news I texted him my congratulations and I couldn't be happier for him," said Morgan "It's a great honour for the club as well. "I'd also like to think there are two or three other players in the squad who might get England caps in the next few years. "I'm not going to name names but there are a few who have put in some great performances this season."
