The United States women's national team is not an easy bunch to surprise, let alone catch off guard.

On Saturday, the USWNT made easy work of the Republic of Ireland in a 5-0 victory in San Diego.

But one thing definitely caught their attention: Ireland left back Megan Campbell's throw-ins.

No really.

Check out Campbell's arm.

Her throws were some of the only plays giving Ireland a chance at goal and catching the USA on their toes.

"The throw-ins are wild. They're unbelievable," Carli Lloyd laughed. "I mean you can't train to be good at throw-ins like that. That's incredible."

"Oh gosh. I've never seen someone throw the ball in that far with Ireland. That was pretty impressive," added Alex Morgan. "That was probably the only time that they had a good attack and I think it tested our defense a little bit and that's what we need."

If you can impress the likes of Carli Lloyd and Alex Morgan, that should count as a win.
