Leicester v Brighton preview
Team news ahead of Tuesday evening's Championship clash between Leicester and Brighton at the King Power Stadium.
Leicester manager Nigel Pearson will hand a late fitness test to striker Jamie Vardy.
The centre-forward was only fit enough for the bench in Saturday's 1-1 draw against Birmingham after missing most of the week's training through illness. He will be assessed ahead of the game to see whether he is fit enough to start.
Centre-back Zak Whitbread suffered from cramp towards the end of the game at St Andrews but is expected to be available for selection once more.
Defender Sean St Ledger is still recovering from a hamstring injury and will not be involved but otherwise Pearson has a fully fit squad to pick from.
Brighton are without Andrea Orlandi as they face the Championship leaders.
The Spanish midfielder is still sidelined with the calf injury ruled him out of the weekend's defeat against Middlesbrough.
Forward Will Hoskins is back in training following a broken foot but will not be involved as he builds up match fitness with the development squad.
Brighton have gone four games without a victory and have only found the net once during those games. Boss Gus Poyet has warned his misfiring strikers that he will look to the loan market if they continue to fire blanks.
He told the Argus: "The consistency I thought we would have we are only having one way in terms of not conceding too many goals. In the other we haven't. Should we start talking about the striker we didn't get? Well it's up to the players that play to make sure we don't, because if not I will."
