Kader Mangane eyes Premier League
The Senegal international is currently on the books of the French outfit, who he joined from Lens in 2008. Having proven himself in Ligue 1 over the last four years, the 28-year-old is now being tipped to make the step up into the Premier League. Having recently been granted French citizenship, the African ace is a much more appealing proposition to European clubs. Newcastle are reported to be among those chasing his signature and Mangane has revealed that he would be willing to consider such a move. "I am delighted to receive my citizenship because that can help my future," he said. "I am 28 years old and am reaching my peak as a football player. "Rennes have helped me to become a decent player in Ligue 1 and I want to repay them. "Moving to the Premier League would be fantastic for me but nothing is done and I do not have any contacts from anyone in England. "It would be a dream move but I love Rennes."
