Juventus' injury woes continued with David Trezeguet ruled out of Friday's Serie A game with Inter Milan due to a muscle problem.

The struggling Turin squad has been bothered by injuries all season, with the likes of Gianluigi Buffon, Alessandro Del Piero and Vincenzo Iaquinta each missing big chunks of games.

Details on Trezeguet's left leg injury emerged on Wednesday, and he is expected to miss about a week of training.

Zdenek Grygera has a similar injury and will be out for 20 days.

On Tuesday, midfielder Sebastian Giovinco was ruled out for the rest of the season due to a left leg muscle injury.

Three points out of the Champions League places, Juventus is desperate for a win over Inter.
