Juventus say Llorente not for sale
Juventus' general director Giuseppe Marotta has responded to fresh rumors by reiterating that Fernando Llorente is not for sale.
Reports in Italy continue to suggest that Arsenal hold an interest in the Spain international and are plotting a January raid.
A slow start to his time in Turin helped to fan the transfer flames, with Llorente struggling to settle following a Bosman switch from Athletic Bilbao.
He has, however, started to find his feet over recent weeks - netting in successive UEFA Champions League outings against Real Madrid.
Juve believe there is plenty more to come from the World Cup winner and have made it clear that they have no intention of cutting short his time in Serie A after just six months.
Marotta said in Tuttosport: "The player is not for sale, he has never been for sale, and he remains with us.
"There is great confidence in the boy, he is reaching top condition.
"We are very happy with him and with his progress."
