Mick McCarthy's team have garnered five points in three games as they battle to beat the drop in the Premier League. The latest point was secured against Tottenham as they snatched a late equaliser in a thrilling 3-3 draw. Wolves now have the enticing prospect of a Midlands derby against Aston Villa on Saturday to focus on as they go into their final nine games of the term. Jarvis, however, insists it is time for his colleagues to 'walk the walk' following the interest generated over their recent form as they lie just two points shy of safety. "It's nice to hear people giving us praise, but we have to back that up because no team is too good to go down," he told the Express and Star. "And they wouldn't be saying that if we ended up in the Championship. We have to concentrate on our own performance and make sure we do enough to stay up. "It's refreshing to hear people saying we're playing well because there was a time when we seemed to be getting written off. "It's good when people say we're too good to go down but we need to make sure we are too good to go down by getting results. "If we do that we'll stay up."
