Highly rated midfielder Eden Hazard has signed a new contract with French league leader Lille until 2015.
The 20-year-old Hazard has been one of the league's best players this season and has attracted interest from European clubs such as Real Madrid and Arsenal.
He made his Lille debut as a 16-year-old and has twice been voted the Young Player of the Season.
Hazard has played 18 times for Belgium.
The club announced the deal on its website Friday, saying that Hazard ''wonderfully embodies Lille's style of play.''
