Haiti defeated the Netherlands Antilles 1-0 Sunday night, advancing to the semifinal round of CONCACAF World Cup qualifying and eliminating the Dutch islanders.
Eugene Marta accounted for the only score with an own-goal in the first minute, sending Haiti through with a 1-0 aggregate victory.
The result puts Haiti in a semifinal group with Costa Rica, Suriname and either Panama or El Salvador.
