Santos playmaker Paulo Henrique Ganso will miss the rest of the Copa Libertadores because of a right thigh muscle injury.

Ganso was hurt in Santos' 0-0 draw with Corinthians in the first leg of the Sao Paulo state championship on Sunday, and exams showed he will need to be sidelined for six weeks.

The 21-year-old midfielder was injured in the final minutes of the first half at Pacaembu stadium and had to be substituted at halftime.

He will miss the return match in the Sao Paulo state final and the rest of the Copa Libertadores, which ends on June 22.
