Fulham will be without Zdenek Grygera for about six months after the defender's knee injury was diagnosed as anterior cruciate ligament damage.
The Czech Republic international was hurt in the first half of Sunday's 3-1 Premier League defeat against Tottenham and received oxygen on the field before being carried off on a stretcher.
Fulham says it will ''update further on Zdenek's progress during the course of his rehabilitation.''
Sunday's match was only Grygera's fifth league appearance for the west London club since joining from Italy's Juventus in August.
