The Dutch competition watchdog has cleared Fox's takeover of the company that controls the broadcasting rights for the Eredivisie.
The Netherlands Competition Authority says on Friday it has approved Fox International Channels' bid to take a 51 percent stake in Eredivisie Media and Marketing, which exploits the football broadcasting rights for topflight clubs.
