Finland scores narrow 1-0 win in San Marino

Former Chelsea forward Mikael Forssell scored the winner as Finland could only manage a 1-0 victory at San Marino in European Championship qualifying Friday.

Forssell found the net in the 41st minute but it was a sharp contrast from Finland's 8-0 triumph over the tiny republic in November, Finland's biggest ever win.

World Cup runner-up the Netherlands leads Group E with 18 points from six games, followed by Sweden and Hungary, while Finland is level with Moldova on six points each. San Marino remains without any points. ---
