Everton striker Magaye Gueye scored on a cross from Jose Baxter in the 83rd minute to give the English Premier League team a 2-1 win over the Brisbane Roar.
Queensland substitute Kosta Barbarouses scored in the 66th to level after Jack Rodwell had given the visitors the lead in the 49th on Saturday.
The win was Everton's third in a row over Australian A-League teams.
It earlier beat the Melbourne Heart 2-0 and Sydney FC 1-0.
