Freiburg have declared that no bid has yet been lodged that could tempt them to part with Cisse, warning the 25-year-old that he will have to stay with the Bundesliga club if a deal is not finalised early in the summer. Cisse has reportedly caught the eye of several teams across Europe following a prolific campaign, when he has scored 22 goals. Freiburg confirmed earlier this month that they had received an offer from Blackburn, while Premier League rivals Fulham, Arsenal and Liverpool are also thought to be interested. But it appears the proposal from Rovers has not met Freiburg's requirements, with the player believed to be valued at around £13.5million. Cisse is also under contract at the Dreisamstadion until June 2014 and Freiburg do not want to sell him during the next transfer window unless they have time to bring in an adequate replacement. General manager Dirk Dufner told Sport BILD: "Papiss Demba Cisse definitely has the idea of playing for a bigger club at some point in his career. "Still no club has offered the certain amount of money required. "Should this become true at a very late point in pre-season and shouldn't we be able to sign a replacement then, Papiss will have to stay on."
