Chelsea's FA Cup defense will begin in the third round against second-tier side Watford on the weekend of Jan. 2-3.
Liverpool will travel to Reading, which also plays in the League Championship, while Manchester United was drawn to face either Leeds or non-league Kettering, which drew 1-1 in the second round on Sunday.
In all-Premier League matchups, 2005 winner Arsenal travels to West Ham, Aston Villa hosts Blackburn and Hull is at Wigan.
Everton, which lost to Chelsea in the May final, hosts League One side Carlisle.
