Championship pair want McLean
Championship rivals Barnsley and Blackpool have enquired about signing Hull City striker Aaron McLean.
The striker has been told he can leave the Tigers this summer and did not travel to the club's training camp in Portugal.
As he is in the final year of his City contract, McLean would be allowed to leave for a nominal fee, as will Cameron Stewart, who has been linked with Blackpool, Ipswich and Charlton.
"I haven't heard anything personally from (Sheffield Wednesday manager) Dave Jones," Hull boss Steve Bruce told the Hull Daily Mail.
"But there's been interest from Barnsley and Blackpool for Aaron. If we get the right offer, he can go.
"Cameron is in the same boat. They both want to play regular football and they need to find new homes. We've had one or two little enquiries for Cameron but nothing concrete so far."
