Norwich has signed defender Sebastien Bassong from Premier League rival Tottenham on a three-year contract.
The Cameroon international signed the deal on Tuesday with Norwich, which is in its second consecutive season in the topflight.
Norwich manager Chris Hughton says the 26-year-old Bassong ''will give us power and pace at the back, and again add to the competition in the squad.''
The center back spent the second half of last season on loan at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
