Kaka admits to being unsure as to what the future holds for him at AC Milan, as transfer speculation continues to circulate.
The Brazilian playmaker returned to the San Siro in September 2013 after being granted a free transfer by Real Madrid.
The 32-year-old had spent the previous four years in Spain, but was unable to replicate the form he showed during an initial spell at Milan which saw him crowned World Player of the Year in 2007.
Kaka has shown glimpses of what he is capable of since heading back to Italy, netting nine times in 36 appearances this season.
His efforts have not been enough to earn a place in Brazil's World Cup squad, though, and Milan can finish no higher than sixth heading into their final Serie A fixture of the campaign.
It has been suggested that outing will be Kaka's last, as he is heavily linked with a move to the MLS, but he insists no decision has been taken as yet and that he remains committed to the Milan cause.
He told the Milan Channel: "The market situation is difficult. I think it is part of the Italian culture to talk about the future, but this provokes anxiety.
"It's not enough to say that I will stay. Since I was last here and when I was in Madrid, there have always been market rumours about me.
"I have had my best years at Milan. Between myself, the club and the supporters, there is a great relationship.
"This season I have played a lot and in Madrid I didn't. I'm happy to be a reference point for the young players because they need to understand what it means to wear the Milan jersey."
Kaka's current contract is due to run until 2015, but reports claim there is a clause in the deal that allows him to walk away if the club fails to secure qualification for the UEFA Champions League.
