The England striker has not played for the Black Cats since scoring their consolation goal in the 5-1 demolition derby defeat at Tyne-Wear rivals Newcastle at the end of October. Bent has been sidelined with a hamstring injury and missed last weekend's memorable victory over Chelsea as well as a win over Stoke and a draw with Tottenham. But the 26-year-old has returned to training and he has now set his sights on Monday night's match against Everton at the Stadium of Light. "I'd say it is about 60 per cent me being able to play," Bent told Sky Sports News. "As long as I work hard in the next couple of days and do the right preparation, then I should be there."
