Sheffield Wednesday striker Chris O'Grady has joined Championship rivals Barnsley on loan for the rest of the season to bolster their fight against relegation.
O'Grady has made 60 appearances for the Owls since joining from Rochdale in August 2011, scoring 13 goals.
He has scored six times this term, including the Owls' winner against the Reds at Oakwell back in December.
But his last appearance came on January 1st and Owls boss Dave Jones has deemed the 27-year-old surplus to requirements this term as he seeks to keep his 20th-placed side in the Championship.
He joins a Barnsley team currently sitting in 22nd in the table - four points from safety - and is eligible for the Tykes' trip to Blackpool on Saturday.
