Barcelona says forward Isaac Cuenca will undergo knee surgery.
The 21-year-old winger is due for arthroscopic surgery on his right knee on Thursday. Cuenca missed the last few of the games of the season, including Friday's Copa del Rey final against Athletic Bilbao. Barcelona won 3-0.
Barcelona did not say how long Cuenca is expected to be sidelined.
Cuenca started the season with the B team. He scored four goals in 29 appearances after a surprise break in into coach Pep Guardiola's team.
