Leyton Orient assistant boss Kevin Nugent has backed Ryan Brunt to build on his first goals for the club.
Striker Brunt, 19, moved to Brisbane Road on loan from Stoke over the summer but has had to be patient and wait for his chance in the first team.
But having scored as a substitute in the 1-0 win over Brentford last week, he marked his full debut with another goal in Tuesday's 4-1 thumping of Yeovil.
"Ryan trains particularly hard, he is a very fit lad and he is a player that gives centre-halves problems," said Nugent.
"He works so hard and he deserves the goal he got and he deserves the credit he gets as well."
