Sevilla's Adriano is on the verge of moving to Barcelona, according to the Andalusian club's president.
Sevilla quoted president Jose Maria del Nido on its website Friday as saying that a deal is ''practically'' done. He said the move will cost Barcelona up to €13.5 million ($17.5 million).
Del Nido said Sevilla agreed to sell the Brazilian because of the amount offered and the fact the player wanted to leave.
Adriano plays in defense and midfield.
