Adebayo Akinfenwa is one of soccer's most entertaining characters. Nicknamed "The Beast," Akinfenwa's atypical physique for a soccer player is matched by his oversized and outgoing personality. At a reported 5 foot 11 inches and 224 pounds, Akinfenwa has embraced his unique presence in the game.

Having already joked about eating a twin, now Akinfenwa is back at it again: This time doing squats with a Sky Sports reporter.

Surely Sky Sports New HQ's Mark McAdam didn't expect the interview to go quite like this, but he handled it like a pro. With Akinfenwa now plying his trade with League Two's Wycombe Wanderers, McAdam remarked defenses in the league need to watch out for the 34-year-old Beast.

Akinfenwa agreed wholeheartedly, saying, "100 percent" with McAdam slung over his shoulders. It certainly looked like the whole gag was more painful for McAdam than Akinfenwa, too.

Regularly regarded as one of, if not the, strongest players in the game, Akinfenwa is make sure everyone still knows just how strong he is. Smart work!
