AC Milan fullback Marek Jankulovski has had left knee surgery and will be out for about six months.
The Czech Republic international was injured during a loss to Palermo last month and the Serie A leader says on Wednesday his operation went ''perfectly.''
The 33-year-old Jankulovski, who also plays in midfield occasionally, is in his sixth season with Milan.
