MALMO, Sweden (AP) Swedish police say they have detained about 20 Real Madrid supporters for disorderly conduct ahead of the team's Champions League match against Malmo.

Police spokesman Jimmy Modin says two were held on suspicion of assault while the others were detained for ''disturbing the public order.''

There were no reports of any injuries.

Modin said the fans were taken into custody in downtown Malmo on Wednesday nearly three hours ahead of the scheduled kickoff at Malmo New Stadium.
