For the second time in as many weeks forward Kurtis Gabriel is headed to Minnesota, while forward Brett Bulmer is going back to Iowa.
Gabriel was recalled from the American Hockey League's Iowa Wild on Tuesday ahead of the big club's home matchup against Vancouver on Wednesday, swapping spots with forward Brett Bulmer.
Gabriel made his NHL debut against Winnipeg on Nov. 10 and has registered two points and 45 penalty minutes in 15 games for Iowa this season.
Bulmer was last recalled on Nov. 16, appearing in three NHL games while logging two hits and seven penalty minutes.
