Bruno Mars won’t be alone during the Pepsi Super Bowl XLVIII halftime show on FOX in MetLife Stadium.
He’ll be joined by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the pop star announced on FOX NFL Sunday.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers have sold more than 60 million albums in their career and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in April 2012.
More than 110.5 million viewers in the U.S. watched Beyonce last year, making it the most-viewed musical event of the year. The game and halftime show will be broadcast worldwide.
