Jack Nicklaus sat down with FOX Sports' Holly Sonders for a 1-on-1 interview to talk about his golf career and decision to pursue golf growing up.
What most people may not know, is how much of an impact former Ohio State football coach Woody Hayes had on Nicklaus's career choice.
Hayes was a customer at Nicklaus's father's drug store, and when Nicklaus asked Hayes what sport his son should focus on Hayes replied, "I've seen him play football and I've seen him play golf, keep him away from my game."
Pretty good advice from Woody, eh?
