You don't have to know anything about Ultimate Frisbee to appreciate this gorgeous play the Philadelphia Spinners executed to score as the buzzer sounded for halftime. The Spinners traversed 65 yards in about four seconds, made possible by Nick Hirannet's stupendous "chicken wing" throw to the endzone, which he executed while in mid-air to beat the buzzer. The disc is tipped and kept alive, and another Spinners player made a diving catch in the endzone to extend the lead.
Is @Hirannet7's "chicken-wing greatest" to beat the halftime buzzer #SCTop10 worthy and #WhistleWorthy? We think so. pic.twitter.com/NnNFrtH7je
