Two Rangers games moved to KTXA in DFW

FOX Sports Southwest, the Texas Rangers' local television rights holder, has made arrangements with KTXA-Channel 21 in Dallas-Fort Worth to move two Rangers telecasts in September to KTXA to accommodate college football programming conflicts on FSSW.

Rangers games on Saturday, Sept 12 vs. Oakland at 7:00 p.m. CT and Saturday, Sept. 19 vs. Seattle at 7:00 p.m. CT will now be shown in Dallas-Fort Worth on KTXA Channel 21 and also will be distributed in the team's outer markets on FOX Sports Southwest Plus.

The Sept. 12 Rangers game will be carried in the team's outer markets on FOX Sports Southwest Plus in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana as the Baylor vs. Lamar college football game will air on FOX Sports Southwest in Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas; and the Oklahoma State-Central Arkansas football game will be shown on FOX Sports Oklahoma.

Outer market distribution for the Sept. 19 Rangers game will be available on FOX Sports Southwest Plus in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana while the SMU at TCU college football game is shown on FOX Sports Southwest and FOX Sports Oklahoma.

FOX Sports Southwest Plus is FOX Sports Southwest's companion channel used to simultaneously show multiple events on two channels, giving viewers another option to follow their favorite teams.
