Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen were all smiles after AFC title win

Tom Brady earned a trip to his sixth career Super Bowl thanks to New England's blowout win against Indianapolis on Sunday.

Since one of the biggest storylines this NFL season has been Brady's emergence as a Facebook superstar, naturally, we had to see what he posted after the big victory in which he threw three touchdown passes.
