Daytona International Speedway has been undergoing a massive $400 million facelift since July 2013.
Dubbed "Daytona Rising," the project includes adding wider and more comfortable seats, twice as many restrooms and three times as many concession stands to the "World Center of Racing."
It also includes disassembling the track's Sprint Tower to make room for a new one.
On Tuesday, DIS released this time-lapse video showing the piece-by-piece removal of this iconic section of the speedway. It's heavy lifting as its best.
