The Minnesota Timberwolves continue to reshape their roster, releasing center Jordan Hill on Monday afternoon.
Hill averaged 1.7 points and 2.0 rebounds in 6.7 minutes per game in just seven games last season.
He signed a two-year deal last July worth over $8 million, but the 2017-18 season was not guaranteed. Hill would have been owed $4.18 million this season, freeing up more cap space for the Wolves to use in free agency, which begins July 1.
