This week on the '10 West' podcast, Myles Simmons aka the LA Rams Insider invited the guys up to the Rams' facility in Oxnard to talk all things football.

Myles spent the past two seasons with the Rams in St. Louis, before moving to Los Angeles with the team this summer. He also shares Cleveland roots with Pete.

On the podcast, we get into what it's like to cover an NFL team as an 'insider' and what NFL football players are like off the field. Pete and Myles share their Cleveland sports heartbreak stories, and we talk the return of the Super Bowl to LA, how Myles found out the team was moving and what LA football fans should expect from the team this season.
