PULLMAN, Wash. - Courtney Tinnin scored her second goal of the season and Chandler Morris made seven saves to lead the Arizona State women's soccer team to a 1-0 win over Washington State on Friday.
For the Sun Devils (6-6-1, 2-2 Pac-12), the win was their fifth in their last seven games.
Tinnin's goal, her second in three games, came in the 13th minute when she bent a corner kick into the net.
Washington State (7-4-1, 1-2-1 Pac-12) outshot ASU 20-14.
The Sun Devils close out their road trip to the state of Washington on Sunday when they travel to Seattle to take on the University of Washington.
