Start times announced for Indians' ALDS Games 1-3

Major League Baseball announced Monday start times for the opening games of the league division series.

The American League’s No. 2 seed Cleveland Indians and No. 3 seed Boston Red Sox will square off. Here are the dates and times for the first three games of that series.

Game 1, Thursday at Progressive Field: 8 p.m.

Game 2, Friday at Progressive Field: 4:30 p.m.

Game 3, Sunday at Fenway Park: 4 p.m.

Trevor Bauer will start Game 1 for the Indians, while Corey Kluber is slated to get the ball in Game 2 at Progressive Field.

If necessary, Game 4 would be played Monday in Boston, while Game 5 would take place Wednesday, Oct. 12 in Cleveland.
