Say goodbye to pink flags in the NFL

The NFL's pink campaign during Breast Cancer Awareness Month will take a step back when Week 6 begins on Thursday night.
The pink flags used by NFL officials will return to the traditional yellow flags. The NFL says the pink flags created confusion, especially with players wearing (and often dropping) pink-colored hand towels.
The pink flags were used in every game during Week 5, and were reportedly spurred by an email sent to Commissioner Roger Goodell by an 11-year old boy.
Everything else pink will remain as-is throughout the month of October.
