
Santa Anita cancels final 3 races after 1 inch of rain falls

ARCADIA, Calif. (AP) Santa Anita canceled the final three races on Friday's card after the track was hit with an inch of rain during a quick-moving storm.
Track officials say the deluge occurred over an hour and 45-minute period after the sixth race.
Refunds will be paid on all wagers involving the sixth through ninth races on the card.
