Ronda Rousey submits Jimmy Fallon with arm bar on 'Tonight Show'

On "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" Tuesday, UFC's women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey explained that the human elbow should not extend beyond 180 degress -- and poor Fallon found out the painful reason why.
Because Rousey only demonstrated the move and mercifully did not fight the 170-ish pound (my estimation) untrained talk-show host, Fallon used the safe word "Rumpelstiltskin" instead of tapping out.
I'm not going to make a joke that Fallon lasted as long as against Rousey as Cat Zingano (14 seconds) at UFC 184 because Zingano could destroy my face in the same amount of time.
