GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Aaron Rodgers will be watching the Super Bowl from home for the second consecutive year, but the Packers' MVP quarterback once again proved that star NFL players can be known for more than just their on-field success.
Rodgers is very involved with the MACC (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer) Fund, frequently participating in many aspects of the foundation.
Just like in mid-November when a video was released of Rodgers surprising 10-year-old cancer survivor Maggie, he once again stopped by the home of a child who had gone through a similar challenge early in life.
This time, Rodgers visited Dijon, a boy who was cured of sickle cell anemia through a bone marrow transplant from his younger brother.
In the video, Rodgers and Dijon tossed a football around in the backyard and played a series of college football video games -- which Dijon seemed to get the upper hand in.
